Work, work,work....
Hubby came home for the weekend. The store called up requesting me to work yesterday. Many times i have turned them down so yesterday I just said yes. I also worked today. it was busy and crazy. I thought a bus just dropped a lot of people right in front of the store. My hands ached of working because lately I have been washing them too much and they have dried up and bled. Ouch.. I will be working from noon til night tomorrow. I hope it will be a lovely day.

Adjusting Well
I went to work today and I survived. I was not as nervous as I was in the last couple of days. Thank you God for helping me survive. The nice thing about the place where I work is the diversity of the workers and yet everyone is united for a purpose. I met asian women, the pharmacist who happened to be a filipina too and two chinese girls. I managed to do things on my own without calling others. I am amazingly adjusting well. It brings an authentic smile on my face when I say, "Enjoy the rest of the day!".

Jonna Passed The Interview
I woke up early today even if I slept late last night. I drove my niece to Cracker Barrel for her second and final interview and she passed it with flying colors. The manager told her to come back on Wednesday for the orientation. I'm so happy for her. She is also planning to study CNA while she's working. I hope this is the beginning of a happy life for her. You deserve to be happy my dear. Way to go Jonna!

I Want to be a Working Mom Again
Having stayed at home for about two years I really felt bored now. I used to be talking to friends, co teachers and students for eleven years of my life. Then for the last two years I focused on relocation and adjustment. I have worked as a substitute teacher but i don't really go out that much. Pretty much I felt bored staying inside the house so I went online and checked on a possible teaching career. I tried applying and amazingly I got one response sooner than I expected. I thought it was amazing. They asked me what age will I prefer to teach and when can I possibly get in for an interview. I really hope I can get that job soon. Staying at home makes me feel so lame and lazy. I want to meet new friends and feel confident of who I am.I also really want to help my husband pay the bills. I look forward to be a working mom again.;-)

Guess Who's Lucky ;-)
Thank you socialspark for sending me my payout. I had typographical error with my paypal address. I realized after requesting the payout because it did not get through my paypal. I complained about it by submitting a help ticket and they have finally resolved the problem. Than you for sending my my payout back sooner than I expected.;-)
I really thought I won't be able to go to work today. When the subfinder called me last night I was not able to answer it since we were out to get some milk for the house. I should have not went with my husband. Usually I can only grab one chance to be called for work to substitute. I went online and waited for the subfinder to give me another slot and I was lucky enough because I was able to grab a job for today. My tummy is bothering me today but I am glad I was able to finish my work. When I went home my husband was already home because he is not feeling good as well.

A Hunch...
I watched tv like a nocturnal animal. Last night I never felt sleepy. I slept around 1 am already. The movie Babysitters seemed interesting but I did not finish it since it was already really late for me. I had a hunch subfinder will call me in the morning. It's a good thing that my husband taped it in the dvr. Funny thing is, the subfinder did called me early and so I had to go to work. I did not have enough sleep but at least a little bit of money is waking me up.;-)I went to work jumping from one class to another and I was glad I was very busy. I even forgot to eat lunch because I was in the copy room doing some work. I was so glad I did not feel tired or sleepy not even hungry. It's amazing maybe because my hands are full. What a busy day. Thank God it's Friday. I can finally sleep late without anybody waking me up for work.

Sleepy Monday
Having been newly addicted to entrecard dropping and visiting websites I slept late again last night. I woke up with the sound of the phone looking for me to work as a substitute. Grrr, I'm still sleepy but I have to as work is waiting for me and I don't work all the time so I might as well grab this one. I wish I still have time to extend my sleep but I don't since I have to get the kids ready for school and get myself ready too. But I am glad I was able to go to work. I always love to be around children. I think I have a big kid in me. When I went home I was dead tired but did not find the time to sleep. I called my friend from California and had a long telephone conversation with her like it's never really gonna end. I was already half asleep while talking to her. I felt funny about myself dead tired but not wanting to sleep. We ended the conversation after an hour or two and all of a sudden I jumped out of bed because I have to put my dirty dishes into the dishwasher. sigh. The life of a mom seemed to be endless chores at home.

Broken Glass
I was called up an hour before last Monday to substitute for pre school. An hour before to prepare myself seemed too short. I took a shower and as fast as I can went out grabbed a towel for my hair and accidentally hit the glass container for the toothbrush. Ouch! It landed on my heel and it went bleeding unceasingly. I rattled knowing not what to do next. I called up my husband, I was confused if I need to go to school or cancel it in case it will become painful. My husband came home made sure I was okay and asked me if we need to go to the emergency room to have my heel stitched. I refused telling him I have work to do and I am okay. He kept all the glass out of the bathroom and swept the floor and threw the broken glass in the trash and drove me to work. Since I didn't feel any pain I just went to work if I fel drowsy I would have just stayed home. I never expected accidents to happen. I was in a hurry and never expected this thing to happen but I was really glad I survived the day working without feeling the pain.
